The Author

Who am I? It is tough to really describe myself in simple terms. I am a Christian, a son, and a farmer. I am living at home, serving my family, and my God. My current interests are fixing mechanical things, such as lawn mowers, engines, cars, you name it, I just love to fix stuff :), woodworking, farming, gardening, tinkering around making things out of wood or metal, learning to play the piano, aviation, (I love aviation history, and someday I'd like to become a pilot,), among many other things.

What do I believe? First and foremost, I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, that he died on the cross to pay the penalty for sin, and that he rose from the dead and now sits on the right hand of God. I believe that we are saved wholly by believing in the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus, and by confessing with our mouth that God raised him from the dead. We are not saved by works. We are not saved by saying the sinner's prayer, we are saved by believing in Christ. Asking God to forgive your sins won't save you, asking God to come into your heart won't save you, the only thing that can save you, is to believe in Christ alone.
I believe in the pre-tribulation rapture of the Church, for the tribulation is the time when God is to pour out his wrath on the earth. We Christians are not appointed to wrath. Now, I do not say that Christians in America will not be persecuted, we will, it is already starting, just not widespread yet. The tribulation is about the wrath of God not the persecution of the Church. We in America will not be spared persecution, but we will, like all other Christians around the world will be spared from the wrath of God. The only Christians going through the tribulation are those that get saved after the rapture.
I believe that the King James Bible is the inspired word of God and that it is without error. It is the manual for Christians, read it and believe it. I will do an entire post on why I use only the KJV.
I believe that marriage is between one man and one woman.
I believe that life starts at conception, and that abortion, in any form, at any stage, for any reason is murder, and in many cases, out and out human sacrifice. Face if folks, abortion is no different than when the pagans of old would sacrifice their children to Molech.
